(6) The maintenance contract commences with the month in which the contract is signed and is valid for one year. It may be cancelled by either party, subject to a period of three months' notice. Maintenance and repair work will be conducted on site where SCAI® GmbH deems this to be necessary.
(7) The SCAI MAS® software is subject to licence fees payable to SCAI® GmbH.

Travel and accomodation expenses will be recharged to the cutsomer. All prices are subject to value added tax or other taxes as dictated by governing law.
