The OTH (=Office Template Highlighter Add-In), acting as an Office-Add-In. The OTH enables you to detect documents used as templates but not stored as such (dot, xlt or pot). These documents are otherwise hardly to be discovered. At the same time they represent a considerable amount of highly important documents in all organisations.

The OFDR (=Office File Detection Robot) assists in finding Microsoft Office documents across your network. The robot search is highly configurable to meet your specific needs. Individual document's properties are stored in the central database, if they are not already registered there.

The OFAR (=Office File Analysis Robot) analyses every file located by the OTH and OFDR. Any content items which may prove problematic for automatic conversion and VBA code are catalogued. To accomplish this it uses either the Sun StarOffice Migration Tools (if available) or an own internal Analyzer.

The OFCR (=Office File Conversion Robot) performs the actual conversion of the MS Office files.

The OArchR (=Office Archival Robot) copies or moves document flagged for archival. You can define complex rules to archive documents in MS Office or PDF format to multiple shares each specific to any client.

The Administration Frontend enables you to edit the stored data, classify the files, define complex filters for displaying the scanned documents, assign migration statuses to individual documents or groups or documents, etc.
